Booking with Thracian Roads is easy. All you need to do is enter your details in the form below.
After you book
After you place your booking, we will reply within 12 hours (usually less) and send you an invoice to request your 20% deposit.
You can pay online via credit or debit card.
After we receive your deposit
After we receive your deposit, you will receive your email booking confirmation. This will contain all of your booking details:
- Your guide’s phone number
- Your pick up location and time
- Details of your remaining payment, which you can make by cash in person or online by credit or debit card
- Information about the type of vehicle which you’ll be riding in
Customising your tour
We’re almost always happy to make any small changes to your tour which you might have in mind. We also offer tailor-made day and multi-day tours.
Send us your requirements and we will prepare a custom itinerary entirely based around your needs.
On the day of your tour
You guide will be waiting for you at the appointed time at your hotel reception or at the address you’ve chosen.
They’ll tell you everything else you need to know and be ready to answer any questions you might have throughout the day.
